Artist Statement: As an impressionist artist based in Colorado, my work explores heavy textures, layering, abstraction, and spontaneity. My creations are often inspired by dramatic lighting, nature’s serene and wrathful moods, and its interplay with the human experience. Geometric mysteries are collaged underneath rich layers of painterly strokes and splatters, where experimentation and rhythmic patterns emerge. My process is a dance between intention and chaos; a meditation and journey that explores what it is to be human. Through my art, I hope to reveal the connective force that underlies all things, inspiring others to find presence in nature and their own experience within the movement and flow of creativity.
